Eau De Vie

Upon entering, Eau de Vie is all dark wood and soft leather, dim lighting, and fine crystal. Welcoming, cosy, comforting. But one look at the drinks list and you’re confronted by some of the most challenging cocktails you’ve ever come across—there’s plenty of blow-torching, dry ice, and ingredients that have been frozen, flattened, and dehydrated. The cocktail menu is long—really long—and broken down into chapters that represent different flavours and themes. Sometimes the best thing to do is tell the bartender what you like and don’t like and leave it to them to create your perfect beverage.
