The property is located on 350 acres of land, surrounded by NY State forest. Within walking distance is the main house which will sleep 12 people. Easy access to the river, swimming, kayaking, bike paths, walking trails and nature. A small cabin comes with this property, perfect for writing, reflecting, painting or reading. Nestled in a wooded oasis set back off the road, you can unwind and enjoy the peace and quiet of the front porch overlooking a large grassy field, or sit by a krackling fire while watching the sunset. A perfect spot for all of Tug Hill's recreation, whether it be ATVing, snowmobiling, hiking, cross country skiing or hunting. We are within an hour of Old Forge, the Thousand Islands and the Adirondack Park.

Plenty of outdoor space on a private quiet road make this an ideal spot for a relaxing getaway. NOTE: Hot tub is CLOSED from January 1 to April 1.
